Meet Karrie Coumbe, who has been with us for just over six years. She works in customer support, helping with any issues, processing sales, assisting with upgrades and helping to ensure our customers can travel abroad without experiencing any difficulties.

One thing Karrie loves about working at Jelly is that every day is different. She also says that it’s very relaxed, since she enjoys the people she works with. Even though she works from home, she’s well-connected with the rest of the Jelly team, as they’re constantly in touch.

When Karrie isn’t working, she likes going on walks with her mum and her white German Shepherd, Hudson. They especially enjoy walking near the Epsom Downs racecourse.
