Are you ready for the O2 upgrade?

O2 is upgrading its mobile network, and some devices using outdated settings may soon stop working as expected.

To avoid disruption, we strongly recommend updating the APN, or Access Point Name, settings. These are the details your phone needs to connect to the internet using mobile data, and include your carrier’s APN name, username, and password.

If your APN settings are left unchanged, your business mobile service may be impacted, including:

  • Calls
  • Texts
  • Mobile Data
  • Wi-Fi Calling and VoLTE (4G Calling)
