Meet the Team: Suzy Roach, Customer Care

At Jelly, we’re known for our exceptional customer service, so we thought it was about time you met our Customer Care team!

Meet Suzy Roach, who has been with us for almost eight years. She works with our customers on a daily basis, helping with any issues, setting up new connections, assisting with upgrades and helping ensure our customers can travel abroad without experiencing any difficulties.

Before coming to work with us at Jelly, Suzy worked as a nursery nurse for 11 years before moving to Dover to work in the ferry industry, where she was a port manager. Later, she worked in recruitment and then admin.

One thing Suzy loves about working at Jelly is that we are a kind, well-established, and friendly team who all work with the same goals in mind (to provide excellent customer service).

When asked how Jelly manages to provide such excellent customer service, Suzy said that quick turnaround time is vital, whatever the problem or query is. Often, Suzy also says the Customer Care team gets on extremely well with customers and enjoy picking up the phone to resolve queries, but also to have a chat and build good relationships, which is vital for both Jelly and the customers.

Suzy moved out to Cornwall last October, and when she’s not in her office supporting Jelly customers, she’s spending time outdoors and taking walks by the sea. Suzy has always been active, as she used to play ice hockey for 20 years!
