Setting Up Voicemail on T-Mobile and BlackBerry®
Dial 222 wait for the automated voice, it will advise you that a text message with your voicemail number will be sent. It will also advise you to reset your phone. You can do this by removing the battery and replacing it.
Your phone should now be setup for voicemail, however if not follow the instructions below:
Press the green call button
on your device, then press the BlackBerry key
and select options.
Select call forwarding if it asks select 'Conditional'
Select forward all Unanswered calls and then select if busy as shown
Press the BlackBerry key again and select new number enter the number as it appears in the text you received from T-Mobile as shown in the example below.
Then select it from the list as shown
You will then have to do this for the rest of the options
Once done hit the back key
and save. Your voicemail should now work as normal.
