Handset Fault or Error Message             

Voicemail Symbol On - Possibly a SIM fault. Contact the network to reset.

JVM Error 102 - Replacement handset required - please call Jelly who can assist you.

Invalid mandatory info - Go to: Menu -Options-SMS-Service Centre.

Unable to send/receive texts - Input the number of your network operator below.

App Error 507 - The operating system has been lost.  You will need to contact Jelly for our Technical Specialists to reload your operating system.

Blocked SIM - If you enter the wrong PIN several times in a row, your phone will become blocked.  You will need to request a PUK code.  Call Jelly to obtain your PUK code.

Sending Picture Messages (T-Mobile Customers)  - Go to http://www.business.t-mobile.co.uk/ and follow instructions.

 USB Fault or Error Messages:

Error 619 - Connection cannot be established, so the port is closed.

USB SIM suspended or barred - please contact the Network using the numbers above.

 

How to Guide:

Find my IMEI? - You can find your IMEI printed at the back of the phone, under the battery, and on the box sticker as well. You can also show it directly on your screen by typing *#06# on your phone keypad.

Transfer my number to another Network? - Contact Jelly to request a PAC Code.
